This tutorial was written by me on February 28th, 2012 and is my own creation. 

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the awesome work of Arthur Crowe. You must purchase his tubes from Arthur Crowe's Factory and obtain the proper licensing in order to use his work. I bought this tube when he was with PSP Tubes Emporium.

Kit is Purple's portion of the Scrap Candy collab. You can find it here. 

Font of choice. I am using IndieStar BB, a free font.

Filters: 

AAA Frames - Foto Frame

EyeCandy Impact Glass (optional)

Ok lets get started.

Open a blank canvas 600 x 250.

Open paper PK-CO-P19. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your blank canvas.

Open element PK-CO-SPARKLES. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Open element PK-CO-RIBBON1. Copy and paste as a new layer and place towards the bottom of your canvas. See mine for reference.

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as necessary and move to the right side of your canvas. See mine for reference.

Duplicate your tube. Adjust, blur, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to overlay. On the original tube layer, colorize 0, 0.

Open element PK-CO-BANNER. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move this layer below your tube layers. Place at the top of your canvas. See mine for reference.

Open element PK-CO-SWEETJUICE. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. 

Move this layer so that it is just under the sparkles layer and move just slightly to the left. See my tag for reference.

Open element PK-CO-BEAR. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer and move to the bottom left side of your canvas. Move this layer so that it is above your ribbon layer.

Open elements PK-CO-CAKE1, PK-CO-CHOC3, and PK-CO-GUMDROP2. Resize according to your liking and copy and paste onto your canvas. Arrange towards the bottom of your canvas. See my tag for reference.

Add a drop shadow to any layers you would like.

Merge visible.

AAA Frames-Foto Frame with the following settings: 0, 0, 0, 1, 0, 0, 0, 100.

Add your name and copyrights and license #. Add EyeCandy Impact Glass to your name.

We're done! 

Save as a .jpg. or .png.
