This tutorial was written by me on February 28th, 2012 and is my own creation. 

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the fabulous exclusive by Orkus Art. You can find this tube and many others at PicsForDesign.com. You must purchase his art and obtain the proper license number to use his work.

Sultry Nights PTU kit by Inzpired Creationz. You may purchase this kit at the Scraps and the City Store.

Template 443 by Divine Intentionz. You can download it here

Mask 141 by Gems Taggin' Scraps. You can download it from her blog here

Texture 2 by VixPSP. You can dowload it here

Ok lets get started!

Open a blank canvas 600 x600. Floodfill with gradient of #d20570 and #ffffff, angle 

45, repeats 1.

Open mask and apply the mask, merge group. With your raster deform tool, pull the sides to the edge of the canvas.

Minimize for now.

Open your template. Resize all layers by 92%. Then image, canvas size set to 650 x 600. Delete the copyright layer.

Maximize your masked image. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your template. 

Move this layer to the bottom and delete the background layer.

Open element Disco Ball 1. Copy and paste as a new layer above your mask layer.

Merge together the rounded edge rect layers. Select all, float, defloat.

Open paper 14. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press the delete key on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer.

On your circle3 layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #d20570. Deselect and delete the original. Add noise, random, 50%, monochrome checked.

With your magic wand, select inside the circle3 layer. Selections, modify, expand by 1. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with the same gradient as before. Deselect. 

Move this layer below the circle3 layer.

Open your tube, resize as necessary. Move to the left side of the circle gradient. Duplicate and mirror. See my tag for placement. Merge the two tubes together. Duplicate, adjust, blur, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to overlay and on the original, hue and saturation, colorize, 0, 0. Merge these two layers together. Set the blend mode to screen.

Back to the gradient circle. Select all, float, defloat. On your tube layer, selections invert, and press delete on your keyboard. Do not deselect. 

Open your texture. Copy and paste as a new layer, selections, invert and press delete. Set the blend mode to luminance (L).

Merge your tube, texture, and gradient layers together.

Plugins, Penta.com, color dot 90, 5, 255, 255, 255.

On the thin rectangle layer, set your gradient to #000000 and #d20570. Select all, float, defloat. New raster layer, floodfill with your gradient. Delete the original.

On your wordart layer, Adjust, brightness and contrast, brightness/contrast, 255, 100.

On your Copy of shape layer, Select all, float, defloat. Open paper 12. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press the delete key on your keyboard. 

Delete the original.

Repeat for the shape layer.

Merge the 2 dotted layers together. Adjust, brightness and contrast, brightness/contrast set to 255, 100.

Merge the 2 rounded edge rectangle layers together. Select all, float, defloat. Open paper 3. Copy and paste as a new layer. Invert and press delete on your keyboard. 

Delete the original.

Add a drop shadow to your wordart. Merge the wordart and the thin rectangle layer. Move this to the bottom of the circle. See my tag for reference.

On your rectangle layer, Select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with color #d20570. Add the same noise as before. Delete the original.

Open your tube. Resize if necessary and place to the left of your tag. See my tag for reference. Move your tube behind the wordart/rectangle layer. Delete any portion that hangs below the rectangle.

Duplicate your tube. Adjust, blur, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to overlay. On the original tube, adjust, hue/saturation, colorize 0,0. Merge these 2 layers together.

Open element cocktail 1. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer on the lower right of your tag. Move this layer just above your wordart/rectangle layer.

Open element flower 9. Resize by 40%. Place so that it sits on top of the wordart, rectangle layer. See my tag for reference.

Open element light ray 1. Move this layer so that it is under your tube behind the girl's head.

Open element scattered gems. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer and place in the upper right hand corner of your tag. See my tag for reference.

Open element flower 3. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the upper right hand corner of your tag. See my tag for reference.

Open element mask 1. Resize by 60% Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the lower left side of your tag. See my tag for reference.

Add a drop shadow of choice to your layers, if desired.

Add your copyright, and your name.

Save as .png or .jpg.
