This tutorial was written by me on May 20th, 2012 and is my own
creation.

PSP Version used: PSP9, but should work in other versions.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful work of Anna Fesenko, a
PTU artist with PicsForDesign.com. You must purchase her work and
obtain the proper licensing to use her work. You can do so here.

PTU kit is A Lil Birdie Told Me by Inzpired Creationz. You can find
the kit here.

Mask is MB and SW Mask 34 by Moonbeams and Spiderwebs. You
can download it from her blog here.

Font of choice. I am using Cutie Pop.

Plugins:

Eye Candy 4000 Glass & Gradient Glow (both are optional. I only
used them for the text)

Ok lets get started!

Open Frame 3. Resize by 88%. Image, canvas size, 650 x 650.

Click on the Ellipse tool and draw out a circle that is slightly larger
than the inside of the frame. Convert to raster layer. It doesn't
matter what color it is, we will delete this layer.

Select all, float, defloat. Open paper 10. Copy and paste as a new
layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard. Delete
the circle we made and move your paper below your frame.

Open paper 3 and your mask. Copy and paste your paper as a new
layer and move to the bottom layer. Apply your mask and merge
group.

Open the House. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left
side of your tag.

Open the Falling Petals. Resize by 81%. Copy and paste as a new
layer. Move this layer above your frame layer.

Open the Flowers 2 element. Resize by 89%. Mirror and flip. Copy
and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom right of your frame.

Open Grass 1. Resize by 73%, mirror. Copy and paste as a new
layer and place to the bottom of your frame and slightly to the left.

Open Ribbon 1. Resize by 80% and mirror. Copy and paste as a new
layer. Place towards the top of the frame and slightly to the left.
See my tag for reference.

Open your tube and resize if necessary. Copy and paste as a new
layer and place to the right of your tag. See mine for reference.

Open Bird 1. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer and
place to the upper left side of your frame.

Open Ribbon 2. Resize by 91%. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Move to the bottom of your tag. With your raster deform tool, turn
the ribbon so the curls lay flat. See my tag for reference.

Open the keys. Resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer and
place to the bottom left of your tag.

Open the Jar element. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new
layer. Move slightly to the left of your keys.

Open Flower 2. Resize by 30%, flip and sharpen. Copy and paste as
a new layer. Move to the bottom right corrner of your jar.

Resize your tag to your liking. I like to keep mine no bigger than 600
px on its longest side.

Add your name, copyrights, and license info.

Merge visible and save as a PNG or JPG.

Mura Meister Copies

Ok lets get started!

Open your template and mask. Mimize mask. On your template,
delete the credits & wa 2 back layers.

Image, canvas size set to 600 x 600 px.

Open paper PK-BEG-P20. Copy and paste as a new layer just above
the background layer. Apply your mask, merge group.

Open element PK-BEG-WIRE1. Resize by 120%. Sharpen. Copy and
paste as a new layer.

Merge the two triangle layers together and move above the circle 2
and circle 3 layers. Merge the circle 2 and circle 3 layers together.
Select all, float, defloat. Open paper PK-BEG-P8. Copy and paste as
a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete on your keyboard.
Delete the original merged circle layer.

On the merged triangle layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new
raster layer and floodfill with #ededed. Deselect and delete the
original merged triangle layer.

Effects, texture effects, blinds using the following settings: 5, 11,
black, horizontal and light from left/top both checked.

On the rect layer, select all, float, defloat. Open paper PK-BEG-P4.
Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections, invert and press delete
on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer. Back to
the paper we just added.

EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow. On the basic tab, set the glow width
to 3.00. Under the color tab, select the Fat preset. Click ok.

Open element PK-BEG-STUDS. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a
new layer. Place towards the top of the paper we just added. See
my tag for reference.

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer above your Circle 1
layer.

Mura Meister Copies, Wallpaper Rotate, default settings. Adjust,
blur, motion blur. Angle 225.00, Strength 100. Repeat this step
twice, sharpen.

On your circle 1 layer, select all, float, defloat. On the mura meister
layer, selections, invert. Delete the original layer. Duplicate the
mura meister layer, image, mirror. Make sure that these two layers
are lined up together. Set the duplicate to overlay. Merge these
two layers together. Colorize to 0, 0 (greyscale).

Open your tube again. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the
left side of the circle. Image, mirror. Merge these two layers
together. On the new circle layer, select all, float, defloat. Press
delete on your keyboard.

Duplicate the tube layer. Adjust, blur, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the
blend mode to screen, opacity 60. On the original tube layer, set
the blend mode to luminance (L), opacity 60.

Open element PK-BEG-BANNER. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a
new layer. Move this layer so it looks as though it's hanging off the
rect layer. See my tag for reference.

Open element PK-BEG-SOCK. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place
to the left side of your tag. See mine for reference.

Open element PK-BEG-STARS. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a
new layer. Place in the upper right corner.

Open element PK-BEG-RIBBONFLOWER. Resize by 60%. Copy and
paste as a new layer and place in the upper left corner of the
circle. See my tag for reference.

Open element PK-BEG-SPARKLES2. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Move so it is across the tubes. See my tag for reference.

Open your tube. Resize if necessary. Copy and paste as a new
layer. Duplicate, blur, gaussian blur with the same settings as
before. Set the blend mode to screen. On the original, colorize with
the same settings as before.

Open element PK-BEG-CAKE. Resize by 75%. Copy and paste as a
new layer. Place to the bottom right of your tag.

Merge the wordart layers together. EC Gradient Glow with the same
settings as before.

Add your copyrights, license info, and your name.

Add a drop shadow of choice to any layers of your choice.

Merge visible and save as a PNG or JPG.
